This website is published by Gotheyavue, the USA Authorized Retailer for TheyaVue. It is product information and a route to the seller's checkout. It is not medical advice, it does not form a contract of sale, and the contract you enter when you buy is with the checkout operator. Using the site means accepting what follows.

What this TheyaVue website is
Gotheyavue is a retail desk. It sells TheyaVue, it writes and publishes these pages, and it is paid when somebody buys through a link on them. It is not the manufacturer, it did not formulate the product, and it does not hold laboratory results for it.
The pages here describe the product from three sources: the Supplement Facts panel photographed on the bottle, the seller's own published page, and published research read through the NCBI interface. Where those three disagree, the label wins, and where a figure is missing the page says so instead of estimating it.
Prices, pack contents and the guarantee are the seller's and can change without this website being told. Every price here carries the date it was read. The checkout is what charges you and its figures are the ones that apply.

Governing law and how to raise a TheyaVue dispute
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and any dispute arising from this website falls to the courts of that state.

Almost everything that looks like a dispute is a refund that has not been started, a parcel that has not been tracked or a figure on a page that is wrong, and all three are quicker to fix than to argue about.
