This website collects nothing about you unless you write to it. There is no account, no login, no newsletter and no tracking pixel. If you place an order, the checkout is operated by BuyGoods and the data you type there is handled under its policy rather than this one, because none of it reaches this website at all.

What happens to a message sent to the TheyaVue website desk
It arrives in a mailbox
The contact forms on this website open your own mail client rather than posting to a server, so the message reaches [email protected] the same way any other email would.
It is read and answered
Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. A correction is usually made within a business day; anything that needs checking against a label or a paper takes longer.
It is kept while it is useful
Correspondence about a correction is kept for as long as the correction is relevant, so the reasoning behind a change to a page can be traced. Anything else is deleted within twelve months.
It is not shared
Not with the manufacturer, not with the checkout operator, not with anybody. The single exception would be a legal obligation, and there has not been one.
It can be deleted on request
Write and ask, from the address you wrote from, and it is removed. No reason is required.
Cookies and third parties on the TheyaVue website
This website sets no cookies of its own. Two external resources are loaded on each page and both are worth naming.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this website is set in. A font request tells that service which page requested it and from which IP address, which is the ordinary mechanism of a web font.
- The checkout link points at the seller's own domain. Following it leaves this website, and anything that happens there is governed by that operator's policy.
Nothing else is loaded. No analytics, no advertising network, no social embed and no session recorder. The pages are static files.
Following an order link from this website may pass a referral parameter to the checkout so the sale is attributed to this desk. That parameter identifies the desk, not the person clicking, and it is how this desk is paid. Saying so is part of the disclosure on the disclaimer page.
Your rights over anything the TheyaVue desk holds
Ask what is held
Write from the address in question and ask. The honest answer in almost every case is that nothing is held, because nothing was ever sent.
Ask for it to be corrected
Say what is wrong and it is fixed.
Ask for it to be deleted
It is deleted. No reason is required and no account has to be closed, because there is no account.
Ask about an order instead
Order data is not held here. Ring the order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018 or raise it with the checkout operator, which is the party that holds it.
Children, and the age limit on TheyaVue
This website is not directed at children and the product is for adults aged eighteen and over. No part of this site asks for an age, because no part of it asks for anything.
If you believe a child has sent a message to the website mailbox, write and say so and it will be deleted.
Changes to this TheyaVue policy
A change to this page moves the review date at the foot of every page on this website. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the notification.
