The label does not say. Lutein is first on the blend list, which means it is the largest of the ten by weight, and the only figure anyone has is the 240.5 mg total. For scale, AREDS2 used 10 mg of lutein a day, so the blend is twenty times large enough to hold a trial amount. Whether it does is the manufacturer's figure.

A permitted way to declare a mixture: the total must be stated and the components listed in descending order by weight, which this panel does. It protects a formula from being copied. It costs a reader the ability to compare any single ingredient with the trial it is sold on, and in this category the amount is most of the evidence.
