AboutAbout Gotheyavue, The USA Authorized TheyaVue Retailer
Gotheyavue is the USA Authorized Retailer for TheyaVue, working from New York. This desk sells the product, writes these pages and is paid on the sale, and all three of those facts are printed here rather than buried. It is not the manufacturer, it does not formulate anything and it does not hold laboratory results.
Who writes this, how it is checked, and what to do when it is wrong.
What Gotheyavue is, and what it is not
| This desk | |
|---|---|
| Is | USA Authorized TheyaVue Retailer, a retail desk in New York. |
| Is not | The manufacturer, the formulator or the retailer of record at checkout, which is BuyGoods. |
| Sells | TheyaVue, at the prices printed on the pricing page. |
| Is paid | On the sale. There is no version of this website that makes money if nobody buys anything, and that is the conflict of interest a reader should hold in mind while reading it. |
| Holds | Lot THE-26/GO-7323 and certificate reference THE-7323-26-GO. |
| Does not hold | Assay results, a certificate of analysis with figures on it, or the proprietary blend split. |

Ten lines. The fourth is the one most affiliate pages leave out.
How the TheyaVue pages here are written
Everything starts with the label
The Supplement Facts panel photographed on the bottle is the primary source for every figure on this website. Where the panel gives a number, that number is printed. Where it gives a blend total, the total is printed and the split is not estimated.
The serving size is doubled, once, and then said out loud
The panel is per capsule and the directions are two. Every daily figure here is the panel figure doubled and every page that quotes one says so, because a reader who compares a doubled figure with a label they are holding needs to know which they are looking at.
Trial amounts are read out of the paper, not remembered
Every dose quoted from a study on this website was read from that study's own abstract through the NCBI interface, and the PubMed identifier is in the reference list at the foot of the page. Nothing is cited from memory.
The citation set is swept for retractions twice
Once by paper, checking publication type, corrections and a direct query against the retraction filters, and once by first and last author. Forty-one records went through both sweeps and thirty-nine are cited. One citation was dropped as a result, one was replaced with the paper it had been confused with, and one finding is recorded in the reference file rather than left out.
Claims that are not on the label do not travel
The seller's video makes four claims this desk will not repeat and names all four on the benefits page. Refusing them in public is more useful than omitting them quietly.
Corrections happen on the page
Write to [email protected] with what is wrong. A correction is made on the page itself and the review date at the foot moves forward. Nothing is edited silently.
The sources behind the TheyaVue pages
Fifty-four sources are cited across this website. Thirty-nine are PubMed records: randomised trials, systematic reviews and mechanism reviews, each read through the NCBI interface rather than from a summary. Six are Institute of Medicine Dietary Reference Intake chapters on the NCBI Bookshelf, used for the upper intake levels on zinc, copper, vitamin A, beta carotene, vitamin C and selenium. The remaining nine are the National Eye Institute, MedlinePlus, NCCIH, the American Optometric Association, the Federal Trade Commission and the World Health Organization.
Two decisions in that set are worth stating. The National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements answers an automated request with a refusal, so the upper intake levels are taken from the Institute of Medicine chapters instead, which return properly and were read. And one citation was dropped after the author-level retraction sweep: the modern meta-analysis of chromium supplementation, because the same first-author team has a retracted meta-analysis in the same genre. Chromium appears on this label at 1.8 mcg a capsule, so the page prints the panel figure and cites nothing.
Every source in a foot-of-page list is also cited in a sentence above it. That is enforced by the way the lists are built rather than by hand: the set is derived from the assembled page, so a source reaches a list by being cited or it does not reach it at all.
How to reach Gotheyavue about TheyaVue
Tracking, changes and refunds
+1 (315) 724-2018. This is the only route that can see an order. The seller lists no sales mailbox, so the phone is the channel for anything to do with money.

[email protected], Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET. This mailbox cannot see orders and cannot start a refund, which is why it is listed separately rather than as a general contact address.
