TheyaVue Scam or Legit? Six Checks You Can Run Yourself
Quick answerTheyaVue does not look like a scam on the evidence we hold: it is a real capsule sold by a seller with a phone line, two New York addresses and a written 60-day guarantee, and nothing in our sources points to a scam. The limits are real too. No lab results are published, ten ingredient amounts are hidden, and the finished formula has no trial. The six checks below let you confirm it before you pay.

The official page shows the three pack sizes and the 60-day guarantee in plain view, so you can judge the seller for yourself.

Disclosure: Gotheyavue is paid when a sale comes through this site. The seller's checkout sets the final price.
- The seller is Gotheyavue, the USA Authorized TheyaVue Retailer, working from New York. It is a retailer and not the maker.
- The checkout is run by BuyGoods, named as the retailer of record, so that name may show on a card statement.
- The label prints 14 nutrients with amounts and one 240.5 mg blend that holds 10 more names.
- The guarantee is 60 days from the date you pay. Empty bottles are accepted. Return postage is yours.
- The lot code and the certificate reference identify a production run. Neither is a laboratory result.
- TheyaVue is not FDA approved, and no supplement is.
What does it mean to ask if TheyaVue is legit?
Type the name of almost any supplement into a search box and the word scam turns up beside it. That tells you little. People use the word for two very different worries, and each one needs its own answer.
The first worry is about the seller. Will the parcel come? Will someone pick up the phone? Will the refund arrive? The second worry is about the product. Does it do what the advert says? A seller can be perfectly honest while the advert still promises too much.
So we run six checks and keep the two worries apart. We should be plain about one thing first. We are the retailer. Gotheyavue earns a commission on sales from this site, which is a conflict of interest worth keeping in mind. Every fact below is one you can check yourself, and we say where we cannot.
| Check | What to look for | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| 1. The seller | A named business, an address, a phone line | Gotheyavue, New York offices, order desk on +1 (315) 724-2018 |
| 2. The label | A full panel with amounts | 14 nutrients with amounts, 10 names in one 240.5 mg blend |
| 3. The claims | Claims that match the bottle | The bottle claims eye and vision support only; four video claims are not repeated |
| 4. The guarantee | Written terms and a clear route | 60 days from purchase, phone route, empty bottles accepted |
| 5. The proof | Lab results, third-party seals | Filing references only; no results published |
| 6. The reviews | Outside, checkable feedback | Summary figures from the seller's own desk, not audited |
The first column is the check. The last column is what the sources we use actually state.
Is there a real seller behind TheyaVue?
Check one is the easiest. A scam hides. A seller with nothing to fear prints who it is.
Gotheyavue calls itself the USA Authorized TheyaVue Retailer. Its office is at 122 East 42nd Street, Floor 18, New York, NY 10168. Returns go to a second address, 1375 Broadway, Floor 8, New York, NY 10018. The order desk answers on +1 (315) 724-2018. The website mailbox is [email protected], staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, and it handles page corrections, privacy and press.
Two details are worth knowing. The website mailbox cannot see orders and cannot start a refund. Only the phone can. And the seller lists no sales mailbox at all.
The checkout is run by BuyGoods, which the seller's own page names as the retailer of record. If you buy, that name can appear on your card statement. An unfamiliar name on a statement is not a warning sign here. It is the processor we told you about.
The name of the company that makes the capsules is not printed in the sources we use. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer, and we do not guess at who the maker is.
Does the label show what is inside?
Check two is the label. A product with something to hide tends to print a short, vague one. TheyaVue prints a full Supplement Facts panel. The serving size is one capsule and there are 60 servings in the bottle.
Fourteen nutrients carry their own amount and percent daily value. These include vitamin C at 100 mg a capsule, zinc at 16 mg and biotin at 400 mcg. Ten more names, lutein and bilberry among them, share one line reading Proprietary Blend 240.5 mg. Our ingredient guide lists all ten in label order.
The blend is legal and common. It does hide the amount of each name, and that matters for a reader who wants to compare lutein with the amounts used in trials. This is a fair complaint about the product. It is not a sign of a scam. The full panel and the ingredient guide go through every line.
One trap is the serving size. The panel is written per capsule, but the directions say two capsules a day. Every figure on the panel is half of what a person taking the product as directed receives. Zinc reads 16 mg and is 32 mg a day.
Do the claims match what is on the bottle?
Check three is where many supplements fail. The front of the bottle reads Eye and Vision Support Formula and names antioxidants, lutein and zeaxanthin. Nothing on it says the capsule treats a disease. That is a modest claim, and it is the ceiling of what we repeat.
The seller's video says more. We do not repeat four of its claims, and we name them so you know what we mean:
- a three-second finger trick that restores blurry eyesight to 20/20
- clearing up eyesight or bringing back night vision
- a blend of twenty-four antioxidants that is scientifically proven
- never having had any reports of side effects
None of those four is on the label, and none is backed by a source we cite. If you came here after watching that video, hold the product to the label and not to the video. The benefits page explains each refusal. The The FTC's health products guidance guidance is what health claims are held to.
A product that makes a modest label claim and a loud video claim is not unique. It is worth noticing, and it is why this check matters.
Can you actually get your money back?
Check four is the one a buyer feels most. A guarantee that is hard to claim is a trap. This one is written down, and the steps are short.
Ring the order desk
Call +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID, within 60 days of the date you paid.
Get a return authorisation
Do not post anything first. The desk confirms the returns address when it issues the authorisation.
Pack it with your details
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box. Empty bottles are accepted.
Post it with tracking
Return postage is your cost, and the seller asks for tracking.
Wait out two clocks
Processing takes 3 to 5 business days, and the card then needs a further 5 to 10 days.
Two gaps are honest to mention. The seller does not say whether the single-bottle shipping fee is refunded, and it does not describe returning only some bottles of a larger pack. Ask on the phone before you post. Our guarantee page sets out the full terms, and the refund policy repeats the five steps.
What can you not verify about TheyaVue?
Check five is where we have to admit limits. A lot code, THE-26/GO-7323, is on the bottle, and a certificate reference, THE-7323-26-GO, is in our paperwork. They help match an order to a production run. They are filing references. They are not laboratory results, so we cannot show assay figures for identity, potency, heavy metals or microbial limits.
The pack also shows ten marks, such as Manufactured in the USA and Good Manufacturing Practice. Three of them can be checked against the panel and hold up: gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian. The other seven are the maker's own declarations and name no outside certifier. Our testing and quality page reads them one by one.
Check six is feedback from other buyers. Our reviews page summary gives an average of 4.5 out of 5 over 7,196 orders, with 1,379 written reviews and 90% who would recommend it. These numbers are the desk's own and no outside party has audited them. They say how buyers felt and prove nothing about whether the product works. We found no BBB, Trustpilot or Reddit record in our sources, so we cannot report one.
TheyaVue is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. The label carries the standard line that the statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
So is TheyaVue a scam or not?
Line the six checks up. Seller: real, with addresses and a phone line. Label: full, with one hidden blend. Claims: modest on the bottle, loud on the video. Guarantee: written and workable, with costs on the buyer. Proof: references, not results. Reviews: summary figures only.
A scam usually fails the first and fourth checks. TheyaVue does not. Its weak points sit in the last two. They are the usual weak points of this whole category, and they are the reason we tell you to treat the video with care and to start with a small pack.
If you do buy, check the seal when the bottle arrives. Then read the lot code on the base and the back panel against our pages. If anything differs, ring the order desk before you take a capsule.
Where do these facts come from?
Amounts come from the printed TheyaVue label, and seller facts come from the seller's own pages. Where a fact is missing from both, we write that it is not published.

Frequently asked questions
Is TheyaVue a scam?
We found nothing in our sources that points to one. The seller is named, with a phone line and two New York addresses, and the 60-day guarantee is written down. The product still has limits, such as hidden blend amounts and no trial of the finished formula.
Is TheyaVue real or fake?
It is a real capsule with a printed Supplement Facts panel and lot THE-26/GO-7323. The lot code and certificate reference are filing references, not lab proof, so we cannot show you test results.
Who is behind TheyaVue?
Gotheyavue is the USA Authorized TheyaVue Retailer, working from New York. It is a retailer, not the maker. Our sources name no maker.
Does TheyaVue have a BBB, Trustpilot or Reddit rating?
Not published in our sources, so we do not quote one. The only feedback figures we hold are the desk's own: a 4.5 out of 5 average on 1,379 written reviews, none of them audited.
What if I am unhappy with TheyaVue?
Ring +1 (315) 724-2018 with your order ID within 60 days of the date you paid. Return postage is your cost, and empty bottles are accepted.
Is the finger trick on the video true?
We do not repeat it. The formula does not change how the eye focuses light, and the trials we cite never report a line gained on a letter chart. Book an eye exam if your sight is blurry.
Our view
Is TheyaVue legit? As a sale, yes by every test we can run: a named seller, a printed label, a written guarantee and a working phone line. As a promise to fix your eyesight, no, and no honest source would say yes. The label only claims support.
We would not call it a scam. We would call it a modest product with an over-loud video. Judge it by the bottle. Ignore the finger trick, plan to use day 50 as your decision date, and talk to your doctor or optometrist if your sight has changed.
Since sales pay us, treat our verdict as one input among several. The checks above are written so that you can repeat them without us.

Checked it and still curious?
If the six checks look fair to you, the order page shows current prices. The guarantee runs 60 days from the day you pay.
